These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Austin Smith, operating as Leroy's Web Development ("we," "us," or "our") at leroyswebdevelopment.tech. By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Their terms and buyer protections also apply to your purchase.
2. Products
We sell digital products including software templates, automation pipelines, and related tools. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold.
Each product listing describes what is included. Products are provided as-is for the purpose described — they are complete, working systems intended for technical users who understand how to configure and deploy software.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own projects, including commercial projects. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage the product as your own — in whole or in part — without written permission.
You may modify the product for your own use. Modified versions remain subject to these terms.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a product has been delivered. If you have a technical issue preventing you from using the product, contact us at austin@dvmgservices.com and we will work to resolve it.
If a product is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will evaluate the situation in good faith.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will meet every specific requirement you have, or that it will function without interruption as third-party APIs and services change over time.
You are responsible for your own API keys, third-party service accounts, and any costs associated with running the software (e.g., hosting, API usage fees).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on any third party's rights, or to conduct activities that are harmful, abusive, or deceptive. Products involving OSINT or data collection must be used in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms of service.
8. Intellectual Property
All products, code, documentation, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Austin Smith / Leroy's Web Development unless otherwise stated. Purchase of a product grants a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of purchased products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
