Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Austin Smith, operating as Leroy's Web Development ("we," "us," or "our") at leroyswebdevelopment.tech. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record.
Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased product, please contact us at austin@dvmgservices.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Support covers setup assistance, troubleshooting configuration errors, and guidance on deploying the product as described. Support does not cover issues arising from changes to third-party APIs or services outside our control (e.g., changes to Anthropic's API, GitHub Actions billing, etc.).
Material Differences
If a product is materially different from its published description — meaning it does not perform the core functionality described in the product listing — contact us at austin@dvmgservices.com within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate the situation in good faith and, where warranted, offer a remedy.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us immediately at austin@dvmgservices.com with your order details. Duplicate charge refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through Creem.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks that are filed without first contacting us may result in your access to future products being restricted.
How to Request Support
To report a technical issue or a concern about your purchase, email austin@dvmgservices.com with:
• Your order confirmation email or order ID
• A description of the issue you are experiencing
• Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
